Using Whole Prime Neck Fillet from local free range pigs, our 5-day marinade process keeps the meat melt-in-your-mouth tender, with intense flavour of smokey, sweet, sticky and salty BBQ. This a la carte option includes the whole neck fillet, accompanied by our own house made dipping oils and sauces. Yum.
