8 Degrees Cheese – Rosemary Infused Halloumi – 200gr

A high-grade creamy halloumi which is infused with organic rosemary from the Bali highlands. Making the halloumi follows the traditional Cypriot method starting with raw milk and a long poaching process to ensure it captures the full flavour of the high grade milk and it holds its shape when heated.

The halloumi is then aged for a few weeks in Rosemary brine to further develop flavour.
