Pork Salami – 250grams
Vivre Gourmet’s Classic Salami, is a traditional Italian pork cold cut salami made from meat & fat from 100% Bali local pigs, plus local herbs and spices.
The meat, fat and spice mixture is inserted into all natural casings, inoculated and hung in our warming cabinet for 3 days before hanging in our temperature and humidity controlled aging cabinet for 4-6 weeks. It is best served as antipasto, wafer thin at room temperature or slightly chilled. We like to eat it was a good soft cheese and some olives.
