Produced in the Murray River region of Australia, it has a light to medium body, fresh acidity, and clean, smooth flavors of pineapple, peach, and melon. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood, chicken, and light pasta dishes.
Winemaking: Grapes are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit character and natural acidity. Minimal oak is used to maintain vibrant fruit flavors.
