Vivre Gourmet Terms & Conditions
We deliver across Bali using our in house Vivre Gourmet courier team. Orders placed before 2pm can be delivered the next day unless the product has a longer preparation time. Some items require additional lead time, including seasonal roasts and festive menus, and this information is stated on the product page.
Delivery is made by one driver per delivery to ensure the items arrive in perfect condition. The driver performs a formal handover and obtains a wet ink signature on the invoice and a photograph of the recipient as proof of delivery.

Delivery Policy
- All of Bali – Next Day Delivery, subject to availability of Drivers.
- Minimum Order from Rp. 300,000 for local delivery in South Bali.
- All orders before 2pm for next working day delivery.
- Working Days Mon-Sun and Deliveries between 12pm to 7pm. Customer Service are online and available for new enquiries and assistance 10am until 5pm.
- Deliveries to North, East & West Bali & the surrounding islands can be arranged with a reduced basket, upon special request with delivery fees customised upon each order.
- Vivre Gourmet is not open for Collection.

Payment Options
All orders are placed through our website using secure online payment methods. We accept major debit and credit cards through our payment partner. Payments must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.
Once payment is confirmed, the order enters our production schedule based on the cut off time and lead time stated on the product page. Prices shown on the website are inclusive of all preparation and handling fees unless otherwise stated.
We offer payment via Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, OVO, DANA, LINKAJA, Direct Debit BRI and QRIS by using Xendit as our payment gateway.
Payment Via Online Card Payment
- The easiest way to pay is via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB and AMEX.
- At the checkout page, after you fill in your delivery details, please select the Credit Cards option and fill in your card details.
- Go to the bottom page, click on our terms & conditions to confirm that you agree with our terms and conditions then click place the order to process the payment.
- Our Payment Gateway will send you your card security code to make sure the payment is secure.
- Please submit the card security code on the last payment page to complete the payment process.
- Please make sure you have registered your mobile phone number to your card account otherwise you will not receive the card security code.
- If you would like to store your credit card details for easier payment in the future, you could click on save to account.
Payment Via Bank Transfer
- We accept payment by Bank Transfer via local Bank, BCA, BNI, and Mandiri.
- At the checkout page, after you fill in your delivery details, please select the Bank you would like to choose for the payment transaction.
- Go to the bottom page, click on our terms & conditions to confirm that you agree with our terms and conditions then click place the order to process the payment.
- Our Payment Gateway will send you a virtual account number and the instructions to process the payment.
- Please make sure you save the virtual account number by taking a screenshot of the number, copy it or save it on your note.
- Please note that with the Bank Transfer option your purchase is not guaranteed until we receive payment. We therefore advise you to make the transfer immediately and submit your proof of payment to [email protected] or send it to our Customer Service Whatsapp : +62 811 3690 1003
- Transfer payment has to be received within 24 hours, otherwise orders are cancelled automatically.
Payment Via OVO
- At the checkout page, after you fill in your delivery details, please select OVO and fill in your OVO’s registered mobile phone number.
- Go to the bottom page, click on our terms & conditions to confirm that you agree with our terms and conditions then click place the order to process the payment.
- To confirm the payment transaction, open the OVO app on your mobile phone and input your OVO PIN.
Payment Via QRIS
- We accept QRIS payment from OVO, GOPAY, Shopee Pay, LINKAJA, DANA or other apps that accept QRIS.
- At the checkout page, after you fill in your delivery details, please select QRIS.
- Go to the bottom page, click on our terms & conditions to confirm that you agree with our terms and conditions then click place the order to process the payment.
Refund Policy
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us on the day of delivery so we can assist you immediately. We aim to resolve all concerns quickly and professionally.
As we sell perishable food, please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. We are happy to exchange or refund any item that is incorrect, damaged, or does not match the description on our website. If you receive the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange to send the correct replacement.
Refunds are evaluated case by case and are processed through the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds cannot be offered for change of mind or for delays caused by factors outside our control such as traffic or access issues at the delivery address. We are committed to providing excellent service and will always do our best to resolve any issue that may arise.
Cancellation Policy
We will allow you to cancel your order any time up until 2pm on the day before you are expecting delivery.
You must cancel by calling us on +62 (0)361 776555 or +62 811 2690 1003. We reserve the right to pass on the card handling fee charged by our payment processor for issuing a refund.
Security Policy
Online payments processed through our website use secure encryption and industry standard security protocols. All card information is handled by our payment partner and is never stored, accessed or processed by Vivre Gourmet.
