8 Degrees Cheese – Chilli Infused Halloumi – 200gr
A high-grade creamy halloumi which is lightly infused with Balinese chilli flakes. Making the halloumi follows the traditional Cypriot method starting with raw milk and a long poaching process to ensure it captures the full flavour of the high grade milk and it holds its shape when heated.
The halloumi is then aged for a few weeks in brine to enhance its flavour.
