Caramelised Onion & Aged Balsamic Pork Sausage – 250gr
Our own handmade gourmet bangers are made from 100% locally sourced free range Bali Pork. We break the meat down and use only the Shoulder and Pork Belly cuts in our Sausage mix for the perfect blend of premium Shoulder Meat, and super tasty fatty Pork Belly. This flavour is perfect for a BBQ, mixed with caramelised white onions reduced into a mild, tangy and sweet jam with aged balsamic vinegar. The perfect balance of tartness and sweetness.
Each pack contains approximately 250grams, or 3-4 good sized sausages.
Cook over medium heat in a heavy based fry pan. Use minimal oil.
Cook for 5-7 mins or until just cooked.
