    De Bortoli Sacred Hill Brut NV is a light, crisp Australian sparkling wine with lively bubbles and refreshing citrus and fruit notes. Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it offers a clean and approachable style with delicate floral aromas and a fresh, balanced finish, making it perfect as an aperitif or for celebrations.

    Winemaking: Carefully selected grapes are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and fruit character. The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation to create its fine bubbles and sparkling texture before being blended and bottled.

    Grapes: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

    Colour: Pale straw.

    Acidity: Medium to high.
