We LOVE Porchetta – the Italian pork roast! Juicy pork with loads of flavour and a crispy crackling on the outside. Its a 2 day process to make this to. Raw weight we start with a 2.5kg pork belly, and finished cooked weight 1.7kg approximately. This serves 6 to 8 people a sizeable portion.
