This cheese is made with a cultured Cashew and Pili nut (kacang galip) base – so it’s extra-creamy – it’s aged for one week and then rolled in a crust of dried cranberries, walnuts and rosemary. Decadent, a real crowd-favourite, and it looks incredible too.
