Our Rambutan Wood-Smoked & Honey Glazed Ham is made with a rolled and boneless leg from 100% local free range Bali Pig. First brined, then soaked, before a delicate smoke in fragrant Rambutan Wood.
Our hams are finished with a classic honey glaze, spiced with honey, brown sugar, red wine, cinnamon and star anise. Topped with cloves.
This item is delivered hot and ready to eat, but will cool down and store for 3-5 days in your fridge. Average weight is 1.3kg – 1.4kg.
