House Cured & Smoked Ham – 250grams
Vivre Gourmet’s Signature house cured ham is made from 100% Bali local, free range pigs, from our farmer in Bangli.
Our hams are cured for up to 14 days in our house blend of salt, herbs & spices then smoked low and slow with Rambutan wood. The Rambutan wood produces a sweet, thick smoke that gives the ham an amazing flavour.
This is always a customer favourite and quickly sells out. We like to keep it simple and eat it in a sandwich with a little butter and wholegrain mustard.
