Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Blanc – 2019
In the late 60’s, the founders of the Moulin de Gassac family winery Véronique and Aimé Guibert were rambling around the South coast of France on a wine travelling adventure. They were following in the footsteps of monks at Aniane Abbey 13 centuries ago, when they stumbled on a beautiful old farmhouse that needed new life.
They started to plant vines and cultivate their knowledge and craft, turning this old farmhouse into what is now a global business and gift to their children. In 1993 their Moulin de Gassac Sparkling Cuvée was awarded the title of “Best Wine in the World” in its category. Putting this stunning family winery on the global wine map, and they have maintained this excellence over the years. They will not disappoint you.
Located just off the Southern Coast of France in between Montpellier and the Portuguese border, their wines taste like the hot and sunny Mediterranean. Remarkably fresh!
