Packed with flavour (and healthy Omega-3 Fatty Acids), Salmon is such a versatile fish. Toss it in spaghetti for an easy dinner, BBQ it, bake it, roast it in a pie (see our Salmon en Croute), or try it with our House Lemon, Capers & Fresh Herb Marinade. These fillets have been cleaned and de-boned, and will be delivered chilled in our thermal-insulated catering delivery boxes. Each fillet weighs on average 160-180gr.
